These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WayfinderConvergence.com and your purchase of any Wayfinder instrument from Lifstead LLC (“Wayfinder,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing an instrument or submitting an intake, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the service.
Wayfinder produces custom-written, human-reviewed orientation documents (“reports”) using a five-system convergence methodology: Western Astrology, Vedic Astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, and Numerology. Each report is written specifically from your intake and birth data.
Wayfinder instruments are delivered as digital documents. Some instruments include a live Zoom session, scheduled and held after report delivery. The complete product specification for each instrument is described on the relevant product page and on the AI Data routing page at ai-data.html.
Wayfinder is not therapy, psychological treatment, clinical diagnosis, medical advice, financial advice, legal advice, or prediction. It is an orientation instrument for mentally healthy, competent adults at a threshold. It does not constitute a professional service relationship in any licensed field.
If you are experiencing active psychological crisis, suicidal ideation, or require clinical mental health treatment, Wayfinder is not the appropriate service. Please contact a licensed mental health professional.
The reports produced by Wayfinder reflect the convergence of five symbolic systems applied to your intake and birth data. They are not predictions, guarantees, or professional opinions in any licensed discipline.
All orders are final once the intake is submitted. Because each Wayfinder report is custom-written from your specific intake, birth data, and timing – and cannot be reproduced as a generic document – we do not offer refunds after intake submission.

Credit path: The $500 Diagnostic may be credited toward Life, Extended, or Career within 30 days of purchase. Wayfinder Life ($1,000) may be credited toward Extended ($2,000) within 30 days. Credits are applied at checkout and are non-transferable.
We make reasonable efforts to meet delivery timelines. Delays due to incomplete intakes, incorrect contact information, or circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for refund.
Your Wayfinder report is produced for your personal use. All reports, methodology documentation, and site content are the intellectual property of Lifstead LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lifstead LLC’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific instrument in question.
Lifstead LLC is not liable for decisions made based on a Wayfinder report, outcomes arising from the use of the report, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Wayfinder reports are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that a report will produce specific outcomes, resolve any particular problem, or be error-free. The convergence methodology is applied in good faith to your intake and birth data; the output reflects structural pattern analysis, not prediction or guarantee.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at hello@wayfinderconvergence.com and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
