Every section of the Extended is built from two sources: what you wrote in your intake, and what the system data shows about the structural conditions underneath those words.
Nothing in an Extended report is generic. If it could appear word-for-word in someone else’s report, it was rewritten until it could not. The 35 pages reflect one person’s specific terrain, not a template with your name on it.
