Lifstead LLC (“Wayfinder,” “we,” “us”) operates WayfinderConvergence.com. This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect when you use the Wayfinder website or purchase a Wayfinder instrument, how we use it, and what we do not do with it.

By purchasing a Wayfinder instrument or submitting an intake, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

02 · What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to create your orientation report and deliver your order.

• Email address – collected at checkout and used to deliver your report, intake form, and session scheduling (where included).
• Birth data – date, time, and place of birth. Collected via the intake form after purchase. Used solely for the synthesis of your specific report.
• Intake responses – your answers to threshold questions about your current situation, decisions, and context. Used to write your custom report.
• Payment information – processed by Stripe. We do not store, see, or have access to your full card details. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data.

03 · How We Use Your Information

• To create your custom-written orientation report.
• To deliver your report and related materials to your email address.
• To schedule your Zoom session (for instruments that include a session).
• To respond to support or inquiry communications.
• To fulfill our contractual obligations under your purchase.

04 · What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
• We do not share your birth data, intake responses, or email address with any third party except as required for service delivery (Stripe for payment, Zoom for sessions).
• We do not record Zoom sessions without your explicit consent.
• We do not use your data for advertising, targeting, or profiling.
• We do not use your intake responses for training AI or machine learning models.

05 · Third-Party Service Providers

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate:

• Stripe – payment processing. Stripe handles all payment card data. We receive only order confirmation and amount. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
• Zoom – video sessions (included with Life, Extended, and Career instruments). Zoom’s privacy policy governs data collected during video calls. We do not record sessions without your prior consent.

These providers are not authorized to use your information for any purpose beyond providing services to us.

06 · Data Retention

We retain order and delivery records for a reasonable period as required for business and legal purposes. Intake responses and birth data may be retained to support any follow-up or upgrade within the credit window (30 days), after which they are not actively used.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

07 · Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent to communications at any time.

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but take our obligations seriously.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
